Following the last week’s release of the JCapture PRO, we are pleased to announce that our Encoder & IP Streaming solution has been upgraded too. We have implemented the Monitoring features in the latest JIPEncoder PRO release. The solution offers automatic monitoring and detection of audio, video and signal quality errors. Delivered as promised!
The new release of JIPEncoder PRO offers:
- audio, video and signal quality monitoring;
- automatic problem detection;
- and error logging.
This new set of monitoring features allows broadcasters to monitor the input audio and video signal during the streaming process. When input signal errors and interruptions are detected, the solution displays alarm message on screen in the logging form. Plus it also creates log files with the detected errors. The current JIPEncoder PRO release automatically detects the following problems:
– Black video frames;
– Freeze video frames;
– Audio noise;
– Audio silence.
The new monitoring features in our Encoder & IP Streaming solution will significantly improve both the overall stability of the product and the broadcast workflow in general. Adding the Monitoring features set allows broadcasters to promptly detect any input audio and video signal problems. It also provides logging and error notifications. The error logger visualizes all detected errors that have occurred during the streaming process. All the log files are then saved on the hard drive for later preview and analysis. Or even for possible third party integration.
If you are interested in automatic monitoring features you might want to check our other solutions as well. The Monitoring option is also available in our MultiViewer and our Capture & Encoding solution. And we also offer the Media QC for both manual and automated pre-air media content quality validation and assessment.
Coming soon: More great features are already in development.
